Shipping fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We do not charge any fees for handling. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
Orders are generally dispatched within 24-48 business hours after receipt of payment.
Payments by cards or PayPal are instant. If payment is received before 1:00 p.m. (13:00), your order will be dispatched the next business day.
If payment is made by SEPA bank transfer, it is usually very quick and can take from a few minutes to a few hours. In the worst-case scenario, if the sender's bank operates in an old-fashioned manner, it may take up to 48 hours. SEPA payments are free of charge for both the sender and the receiver.
Please note that if payment is made by bank wire transfer from countries outside the EU, it may take 3-7 business days for the payment to be credited to our bank account.
Once your order is ready for shipping, we will provide you with a tracking number and the URL so you can track your package online.
